The Lavish Pour – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)


How do I book The Lavish Pour for my event?

To book, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Booking Request
    Share your event date, the package you're interested in, estimated guest count, and your preferred drink options. (See Our Signature Drink Menus)

  2. Contact Information
    Include your name, phone number, and email address when submitting the request.

  3. Follow-Up Call
    A member of our team will contact you by phone to go over the details, answer any questions, and confirm availability.

  4. Contract & Deposit
    After your phone consultation, a service agreement will be sent to your email. A signed contract and 50% deposit are required to secure your date.


What packages do you offer?

We offer four main packages, plus a mocktail bar with tiered options:

The ClassicStarting at $500

  • Up to 50 guests

  • Choose: (1) Beer, Wine & Seltzer OR (2) One Signature Cocktail & Wine

  • Includes: drink menu, napkins, garnish, cups, themed setup

  • Staff: 1 bartender + 1 assistant

  • Additional guests: $5 per person


The SignatureStarting at $1,000

  • Up to 100 guests

  • Includes: 3 Signature Cocktails

  • Includes: drink menu, napkins, garnish, cups, themed setup

  • Staff: 2 bartenders + 1 assistant

  • Additional guests: $8 per person

  • 50% deposit required to book


The LavishStarting at $1,500

  • Up to 100 guests

  • Includes: 2 Signature Cocktails + Beer, Wine, and Seltzer

  • Includes: drink menu, napkins, garnish, cups, themed setup

  • Staff: 2 bartenders + 1 assistant

  • Additional guests: $10 per person

  • 50% deposit required to book


Mocktail Bar3 Tiers Available

  • Tier 1: The Sip – $400 | Up to 50 guests

  • Tier 2: The Cheers – $750 | Up to 100 guests

  • Tier 3: The Toast – $1,100 | Up to 150 guests

  • Each tier includes: 2 Signature Mocktails, themed setup, drink menu, napkins, cups, garnish

  • Staff: 2 assistants (do not handle alcohol)

  • 50% deposit required to book


Can I customize my drink menu?

Yes! We offer custom cocktails and mocktails upon request for an additional fee. We’re happy to match your theme, favorite flavors, or event aesthetic.


What’s included in the drink setup?

Each package includes:

  • Custom printed drink menu

  • Themed cups, napkins, and garnishes

  • Bar styling to match your event’s look

  • Professional staff (bartenders and assistants based on package)


Do your assistants serve alcohol?

No. Our assistants handle non-alcohol-related tasks such as icing drinks, tidying the bar area, and taking guest requests. Only our licensed bartenders handle and serve alcohol.


How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during wedding and holiday seasons. Dates are not guaranteed until a contract is signed and the deposit is received.
